Just to let you know that Team Drek Trek have made Base Camp (and beyond).  They got up at 3.00 am or thereabouts and at 12.07 reached Kala Pattar.  My understanding is that this is 200 m above Base camp.  I know they will tell us all about their amazing journey as soon as they can get on line.   Jo
